Experience the best of Wagyu beef
and locally-sourced ingredients
at our steak restaurant.
Teppan Dining Yamanami is a year-round tourist restaurant located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. Our restaurant offers authentic teppan-yaki dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients that reflect the flavors of each of the four seasons. We invite you to savor our unique teppan-yaki experience, available exclusively at Yamanami.
At our Teppanyaki counter, we carefully select local ingredients like Shinshu Premium Beef, Shinshu Salmon grown in the clear streams of Hakuba, and freshly picked wild vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables from local producers. Our chef then prepare and cook these ingredients right in front of you before serving them to your table. In addition to our delicious food, we also offer craft beer and locally brewed sake for you to enjoy.
Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth Shinshu Wagyu to your heart's content.
